3/4 oz. London dry gin
3/4 oz. Lillet Blanc
3/4 oz. orange liqueur
3/4 oz. lemon juice
Absinthe to rinse
Combine the gin, Lillet, orange liqueur, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake until icy.
Add a splash of absinthe to a chilled cocktail glass and rotate the glass until the inside is coated. Dispose of the absinthe.
Double-strain the contents of the shaker into the cocktail glass and garnish with an impaled lemon twist.
