2 oz. London dry gin
1/2 oz. dry curaƧao
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1 egg white
Combine all ingredients in an empty shaker tin and shake vigorously until frothy. Be careful, as pressure builds up in the shaker during this phase. Add a large chunk of ice as well as a handful of cubes and reshake until very cold. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
