1.5 oz. Laird’s Applejack
1/2 oz. bourbon (the spicier, the better)
1 oz. apple juice
1/2 oz. cinnamon syrup
1/4 oz. lemon juice
1 dash aromatic bitters
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a chilled coupe or Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with an apple slice.
